We work around you by adjusting to your lifestyle rather than getting you to fit into the fitness industry ideals of long fixed hours in the gym, long hours of food prep etc. We understand you have to work! We know you have a life! You may even have kids! You need to be able to function well in your everyday life and be in good shape.

Training all of you, and not just the pieces. It’s okay to train just the physical part of you, but what about your overall wellbeing? If your mind, body and self are not congruent with each other then you are not training to your full capacity. We empower you with knowledge and encourage a positive mentality towards fitness so you are at your best.

Jason has a unique look at perseverance due to his struggles with osteosarcoma cancer as a teenager. It taught him to never stop, to always progress forward and to push past pain, the great destabilizer of life. He incorporated that spirit into Full Circle Strength and Fitness and clients are pushed with the same vigor. They are always better for it, and happier ... in the end.

Training so that your mind knows what it is doing, your body has awareness and your “self” feels whole. You’re given knowledge so you can know the why and how for yourself. This results in personal growth to the point that your lifestyle is completely transformed inside and outside the gym.
